Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson joined our team following the death of his mother Lena who died from medical negligence. After Lena developed pneumonia, a feeding tube was recommended. Although Mark requested the doctor not use a standard feeding tube, known to cause complications in cases like his mothers, the doctors proceeded with a standard tube against his wishes.

Lena contacted a surgical site infection following the procedure which developed into sepsis. Mark had been caring for his mom who was living an active life with Alzheimer’s disease. Devastated that his vibrant mom’s life was cut short, Mark stepped forward to join our team. He has joined us to testify at Medical Board meetings and at legislative hearings. Mark’s advocacy focus is on medical board reform, Alzheimer’s awareness, and caregiving solutions. He resides in Newport Beach.
