$450 per year in Los Angeles

$410 per year in San Francisco

Who is covered

The driver, anyone in the household who is a good driver licensed for three years (at least 19 years old) unless specifically excluded and any person that does not live in the household permitted to use the car by the insured driver.

Payment Plans

1. $100 down payment, and six monthly installments; or

2. Pay all at once

3. $125 down payment and five monthly payments

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Household Income

150% of Poverty Level; Below $20,910 per year for a family of three

Driving Record

Good Driver — No more than one violation point in last three years

Age

Minimum 19 years old and three years with driver’s license

Surcharge

25% surcharge for unmarried male drivers ages 19-24
