Consumer Watchdog is pushing for serious scrutiny from the Attorney General's office. At the center of their findings, a pricing technique which may violate anti-trust laws. Jamie Court, president of Consumer Watchdog says, "we have four refiners that control 78% percent of the market. All they have to do is pull a couple of ships and the prices go up 60% over night."
