A couple is facing a foreclosure proceeding that is not legal. Banks are foreclosing in ways that circumvent the law and are taking too many shortcuts. If you find yourself in this position, there are things you can do, consult a lawyer, a bank, and if you pay bills on time, you don't have anything to be worried about, you do have to assert your rights.
