Bakersfield, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX)- A tragic case that happened a year ago claimed the life of 23-year-old Demi Dominguez. Dominguez gave birth to a baby boy and later bled to death. The baby was declared brain dead and he didn’t survive either.
The doctor who was responsible for the death of Dominguez and injuring 8 other patients got to keep his medical license. Although his probation starts this month, Bakersfield families want the medical board to reconsider revoking his license.
A call to action was created by Consumer Watchdog along with Demi’s family to help ensure no other expectant mothers are harmed by Dr. Arthur Park.
