— FIRST IN PLAYBOOK: Led by political stuntmaster Jamie Court, Consumer Watchdog is rolling out an email-and-robocall campaign labeling Assemblyman Tom Daly “Peeping Tom” for carrying a bill that would exempt insurance companies from provisions of California’s new privacy law. They’re hoping to reach thousands of constituents ahead of a planned initial vote, after which Court says they plan to call and email the constituents of other Insurance Committee members.
