Dr. William Hart of Upland, CA is the lead plaintiff in a new class action lawsuit against Senior Health Insurance Co of Pennsylvania (SHIP). (Policies were originally sold by Conseco, American Travelers Life, Transport Life, United General, and Continental Life Insurance Company). The lawsuit alleges SHIP is refusing to honor thousand of long term care insurance policies it sold to Californians.
