2 years ago California regulators fined Blue Cross of California $1 million for cancelling insurance policies when patients got sick. Or at least that’s what they told the nespapers. But after the press conference, the fine was forgotten. The Schwarzenegger Administration didn’t even try to collect. More quid pro quo for the $256,600 that Schwarzenegger collected from Blue Cross in campaign contributions.
